As you may have gathered from recent blog posts here on ExpedLife, the North American Exped team enjoys their trips to Switzerland. We never fail to bring home something new to improve our understanding of Swiss culture. What's that you say? It's always about food? Hmm, you might have a point there, and this one is no different. The bottom photo is one team member's first shot at baking the wonderful Swiss bread called Zopf. The top image is the real Swiss version we experienced at a hut in the Bernese Oberland in October. More practice is clearly in order, but the process is very tasty!
